Different from okonomiyaki served in the rest of Japan, Hiroshima style okonomiyaki is cooked by layering fried noodles, cabbage, fried eggs, pork or other meats, oyster sauce, green onions, mayonnaise, and bonito flakes on top of a thin pancake.
