Our guide/driver was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was well prepared with　purchasing tickets for the museum and ferry in advance.
He managed our time very well so that we could complete everything we wanted to see and visit. He also accommodated our special requests. Very good experience.

I’m contacting you to ask you to pass on my gratitude to one of your drivers. I reserved a taxi to take my clients to Yuki adventure lodge next to Yuki onsen on Saturday morning. They commented that the driver was excellent and pointed out different sites on the way letting them enjoy the scenery. After arriving he spoke with the staff there and found out what time the activities would be finished and organized another driver to pick them up. They were incredibly happy with the service, so thank you and your team very much.

This morning, Your driver arrived at our hotel very early. I got to the hotel entrance and he was already waiting there. He was very nice and professional. When we head to the airport, I always appreciate that the driver arrives early, so it was very kind. He drove us to the airport fast and safely.
